Jiahang Wei is a New York–based designer with a focus on womenswear. She graduated from Parsons School of Design in May 2025 with a degree in Fashion Design. From a young age, she has been drawn to haptic experiences—the kind you can feel and sense through touch—which continues to shape how she approaches making.
Her garments often begin with textile experimentation. She enjoys exploring how different techniques—such as dyeing, heat-pressing, and handcraft processes—can be used to create material surfaces that evoke mood and emotion. Her design process centers on translating physical sensation into form, allowing her to build intimate, tactile narratives through fabric.
Beyond fashion, Jiahang is also interested in other creative and technical disciplines, including 3D modeling, where she explores structure and surface in digital environments.
